During my decade-long ride with SEAT, I had the thrill of being part of CUPRA’s transformation from a sporty sub-brand to a standalone sensation. Here’s a pit stop at some of the exhilarating projects I steered:
- 🏁 Launching CUPRA into the Fast Lane: I was in the driver’s seat for procurement strategies during CUPRA’s debut as an independent brand in 2018. It was like watching your kid graduate, but with more horsepower. 🔥
- ⚡ Electrifying the Streets: I played a key role in sourcing components for CUPRA’s electric ventures, including the CUPRA Born —our first all-electric hatchback. Sparking innovation, one volt at a time. 🔋
- 🔧 Streamlining the Supply Pit Stop: Revved up the supply chain to ensure our high-performance vehicles didn’t just talk the torque but delivered it efficiently. 🚀
🚨 Anecdote Alert!
During the CUPRA Formentor project 🏆, we hit a supply hiccup with a critical component. After some turbocharged negotiations and a few late-night brainstorming sessions ☕, we not only secured the part but also optimized the supply chain, leading to a smoother production process.
It was a real-life Fast & Furious moment —minus the explosions.

Navigating New Heights in Aviation
After a decade in the fast lane, I took off ✈️ to the skies with Swissport, a Swiss aviation powerhouse 🇨🇭 that keeps the world moving—literally. Here, my focus isn’t just on procurement; it’s on optimizing global workforce strategies and collaborating with top-tier consulting firms to drive innovation in the aviation industry. 🌍
- 🛠️ Third-Party Labor & HR Collaboration: Think of it as “procurement meets people strategy”—working with HR to optimize external workforce solutions, ensuring Swissport has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time. ⏳
- 💼 Big League Consulting Projects: Partnering with heavyweights like EY, PWC, and other consulting giants , shaping strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business transformation across multiple regions. 🌎
