Am i smart or just well-packageD nonsense?

I was born in Tona, a small town with a big heart. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows your nameā€¦ and probably what you had for lunch. While my roots are there, my curiosity (and a mild case of wanderlust) have always pushed me to explore beyond.

Iā€™ve been a goalkeeper since I was a kidā€”diving into the mud, making impossible saves, and occasionally yelling at my defenders like a true professional. Played until my 30s, and while my knees might not love me anymore, football is still in my blood. Thereā€™s no feeling quite like stopping a penalty and instantly turning into the king of the world (even if only for a few minutes).

Some people find peace in yogaā€”I find it in the growl of an engine and the scent of gasoline. Cars and motorcycles, especially classics, have always been my kind of meditation. There’s something about the perfect blend of mechanical precision and raw horsepower that feels almost hypnotic. Whether it’s the rush of acceleration or the art of a perfectly tuned machine, nothing compares to the thrill of the ride.

I didnā€™t grow up dreaming of integrals and equationsā€”I just happened to be good at math and science and had no clue what to do with my life. If things had gone differently, I could have been a nightclub owner, optimizing dance floor efficiency instead of circuit performance. But here we areā€”engineer by skill, party strategist by experience.

Spending a year in Darmstadt, Germany was a game-changer. I learned to live on pretzels and beer, survive brutal winters, and (most importantly) connect with amazing people from all over the world. It wasnā€™t just about studyingā€”it was about adapting, embracing different cultures, and perfecting my German enough to order a schnitzel without embarrassing myself.

Doing an MBA at ESADE wasnā€™t just about learning finance, strategy, and leadershipā€”it was about figuring out how businesses actually work (spoiler: often chaotic, occasionally brilliant). It gave me a big-picture mindset, but letā€™s be honest, Iā€™m still not sure what half the acronyms in corporate emails mean.
